Responsibilities

* work on multiple virtualization technologies
* Develop software that manages hypervisor, storage, and networking at large scale
* Build commercially viable products for our cloud offering by including features like billing, reporting, payment options, etc
Skills
-------
* Deep understanding and appreciation of open source development practices
* Solid foundation of data structures and algorithms
* Excellent problem solver
* Productive with modern programming languages (Python, Java, Javascript, etc.) and frameworks
* Prior experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, KVM and Xen
* Understanding of firewalls, load balancers, routers, and moderately complex network topologies
* Understanding of SAN and NAS technologies (iSCSI, NFS)
* Experience of dealing with problems of large scale systems
* Good written communication skills
* Understanding of common support metrics, available tools, and typical industry standards for excellent support
