Required Skills:
* Usage of Linux
* Usage of Open Source projects
* Knowledge of C,C++, Java,Python,Perl,CMS,Mysql,Php,are added advantage
* Knowledge of software build / patch / deployment processes and procedures (i.e. eclipse, etc...)
* Knowledge of Version control
* A passion for ensuring customers are successful
* Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
* Strong spoken and written English
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ready to relocate for Salem or Chennai region
Responsibilities:
* Interact with Customers
* Help to Develop, Debug and Patch popular Open Source projects
* Help Customers solve deeply technical and difficult issues, and roll these patches back into the Open Source Codebase
* Help develop internal software to make diagnosing customer issues
* Easier and more efficient
* Participate in pager rotation
* Be an active participant in Open Source Communities
